Dear Sunland TV Service Customers,

Please be advised that Sunland TV Service is currently OPEN and trading as per normal.

We wanted to update you on the actions and measures we have implemented across our business, in light of the current situation with COVID-19 and the guidelines set by the Federal Government and the Australian Department of Health. The health and safety of customers and our teams is our highest priority.

 

At our store:

• Greeting and distance - Our staff will not be shaking your hands or be in close contact with you. We will be waving, saying hello and keeping our distance from you.

• Cleaning - We are deep cleaning routinely throughout all of our workshop and front office.

• We may suspend trading without prior notice if instructed by the Federal Government and the Australian Department of Health to do so.

 

Minimal contact for delivery pick up and home services.

 

• Greeting and distance - Our staff will not be shaking your hands or be in close contact with you. We will be waving, saying hello and keeping our distance from you.

• Minimising time spent in your home - We will be delivering and collecting your items to the front door. Unfortunately there will be no installation after repairs.

• Signing for delivery - Our team will ask customers for permission to sign on their behalf, to avoid touching devices.

• Hygiene practices - We are committed to training and supporting our delivery team in the best hygiene practices, so your item may be sprayed with a disinfectant, such as Glen20 or similar, therefore it may have a different smell.

 

Our office/workshop/service vehicle

• Cleaning - routinely between shifts and at the end of each day.

• Email - Email us with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible

• Phone - Call us for a faster resolution or advice. If you are collecting something, call us in advance and we will have them ready for pick up to minimise time spent in office.

  And the same if you are bringing something in for repairs, give us as much information as possible so that a job number can be generated minimise time spent in office.
